Get wanting to bring training session to a higher level! If you’ve been stuck in the rut or bored with regular dumbbells, you will need to try out tougher workouts.?Trust us, repeat this Kettlebell Boot Camp Challenge should your goal is to obtain stronger and leaner faster.

This fitness personal training is designed to challenge your present fitness level. You can’t carry on doing the same exercises and cardio and hope to keep seeing rapid muscle changes.Kettlebells may be intimidating, but let’s admit it, they create you feel pretty hard core.?This Kettlebell Boot camp Challenge is built to certainly be a little harder than your usual workouts.

Equipment Needed: yoga mat; 5 – 10 pound kettlebell

What to undertake: Perform 10 repetitions of each exercise below. Many of the exercises would require doing 10 reps for the all over the place side. Rest 10-seconds before moving to a different exercise. Review each video below before starting this routine.

Beginner Level: Complete 2 circuits
Intermediate Level: Complete 3 circuits
Advanced Level: Complete 4 circuits

Exercises:

1. Half Get-Up
2. Kettlebell Swings
3. Windmill
4. Kettlebell Lift, Squat, Press
5. Kettlebell Deadlift
6. Kettlebell Goblet Squat
