- 12 boneless skinless chicken tenders

- 3 large egg white
- 1 cup whole wheat grains Panko breadcrumbs, lightly pulsed in a blender
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Rinse chicken tenders in cool water. Pat dry along with aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, garlic and onion powder. In the second small mixing bowl, place the egg-whites and lightly beat having a fork. Finally, inside of a third medium mixing bowl, combine Panko and shredded coconut.
