Grilled Zucchini Caprese

Ingredients
- 4 medium sized zucchini, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon organic olive oil
- 2 medium tomatoes, reduce thin circles
- 3 ounces part-skim fresh mozzarella cheese, reduce thin circles
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped fine
For the Zucchini:
- 1 cup dark balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Balsamic Honey Dressing:
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Brush all parties of your zucchini slices with essential olive oil, put on grill flat side down. Grill 5 to Half an hour or until grill marks will form for the zucchini. Revenues.
