Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 6 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup dried lavender flowers or 1 drop lavender fat
  • 6 lemons, peeled and juiced
  • Lavender sprigs and sliced lemons for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour 3 glasses of the lake in a small sauce pot. Provide a boil and remove from heat.
  2. Add honey and dried lavender, let steep for approximately 20 min. Try not to over steep or perhaps the lavender taste becomes \”soapy\”.
  3. Strain mixture and pour into larger pitcher.Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and also the remaining water, stir well. Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours before serving.
  4. When serving, pour over ice and garnish with lavender springs and lemon slices.
