Equipment Needed: yoga mat; 5 – 10 pound kettlebell
What to undertake: Perform 10 repetitions of each exercise below. Many of the exercises would require doing 10 reps for the all over the place side. Rest 10-seconds before moving to a different exercise. Review each video below before starting this routine.
Beginner Level: Complete 2 circuits
Intermediate Level: Complete 3 circuits
Advanced Level: Complete 4 circuits
