Fat reduction May well not Improve Mood: Study

Advertisements for weight-loss programs usually show cheery dieters delighted to be shedding their burden of pounds, but a new study finds that in the real world, in time, weight reduction might be related to worsening mood.
UK researchers following around 2,000 overweight and obese adults over four years learned that those that lost Five percent if not more in their weight had improved physical health but higher rates of depression.
