Spiced Green tea herb Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup strong brewed teas (brew 2 bags of green tea herb in 6 ounces water)
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 pear, peeled and sliced thin
- 1/2 apple, peeled and sliced thin
- 1/2 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 6 ice
Instructions
