Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt, divided
  • 1 teaspoon powered cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Split banana by 50 percent length wise and put cut side in a bowl to generate a boat. Reserve 1 tablespoon on the yogurt, and put others in a very straight line on the center of the banana boat.
  2. Combine the reserved 1 tablespoon of yogurt together with the hot chocolate mix and honey. Working with a fork, mix well until no lumps of hot chocolate mix remain. Add strawberries, pineapple, and peanuts and drizzle over yogurt and fruit filled banana boat.
