Crock pot Gumbo
There is not in life more satisfying than the usual big bowl of hearty New Orleans style gumbo. Our SkinnyMs. Slow Cooker Gumbo harnesses each of the fantastic flavors and textures of the traditional gumbo in a skinnier version that’s thrown together in a slow cooker. We’ve used a mix of chicken, turkey sausage and all sorts of typical gumbo veggies-onion, celery, peppers, and okra. When you don’t take good care of okra, no worries-just add extra celery, peppers, and onion.
